PSCE is responsible for the preparation and implementation of In Plant Supply Chain processes related to the introduction of new products and processes for VCCH as well as the maintenance and improvement of these implemented processes in line with VCMS standards. The PSCE should support the introduction of new processes and the roll-out of Lean Materials. This role will require interface with the Manufacturing Engineering, R&D and Central functions within all regions.

As Process Technician you are responsible for the implementation of the Process Instructions as setup by Manufacturing Engineering. This includes material flows, time-setting and supporting production in reaching the predefined goals.

As Teamleader Production you lead, coach and motivate a team of production operators in all the different areas from VCMS. Final aim is to deliver your production target, with respect for the quality, cost and other predefined parameters.

I have already had different supporting missions as Kaizen Team leader. At this moment I'm giving support at the introduction of our new dashboard-line. This means I record all the losses, analyse them and report out to the management. Previously I was assigned to the filling processes taking place through the factory (Airco, Brake fluid, Servo oil & Cooling water). The goal here was to improve output and quality and stabilize the process. This was in close collaboration with the concerned production zone as well as engineering and maintenance. I had a weekly report-out towards management and engineering. By taking a deep dive into the available data and combining this with maximum presence on line (Gemba) I succeeded in lowering the amount of rejects and issues with more than 50%.Before that I was responsible for the smooth launch of our new car glazing cell. This we did by a daily follow-up and working together with maintenance, production and project-engineering. The goal was to improve the installation and the team, thus making sure the output and quality were at the right level.

This is a condensed and intense training taking place over 6 months in Sweden with the goal to school high-potentials from production towards Supervisor and/or Production Engineer. The entire class and exams are in English. Some of the courses are: Green Belt, Lean-philosophy, TPM & Time Setting.

As Team leader for production you lead, manage and motivate a team of operators in their different KPI's (Quality, Delivery, Finance, Improvement, People and Safety). The goals is to guarantee the set production volumes with the right quality within the provided delivery term.You decide where your priority's will be and guarantee the continuity of the production process and this in an efficient and cost effective way.I was also the replacement of the Supervisor as well as central contact for all rebalancing and cost within the zone in close cooperation with the Process Engineer.

As Product Specialist you are the central contact figure between production, engineering and material handling during the launch of a new car model. You are responsible for the training and education of all people involved in your area regarding the new model. You participate in virtual and physical (prototype) building so you can detect opportunities and improvements in an early stage and thus guarantee a fluent start of mass production.

As operator I was responsible for the correct and qualitative assembly of cars. As Costcontroller for my team I assisted my Team leader in time setting and rebalancing of the workload.I made sure I changed from team and area every 3 years so I was in the ability to learn to know the entire plant.

After leaving school I did various, smaller temporary jobs.
