Intelligence Security Network. * Supervised15 personnel.* Analyzed existing legacy computer and network systems for the seven major intelligence organizations operating both within and outside of the national capital region. * Provided the first full mapping of all intelligence organizations’ network systems. Responsible for the design implementation, testing, and validation of the $5.2 Billion Dollar MX Missile Communications Project.* Supervised 4 personnel.* Fully analyzed a host of competing vendor system architectures against program requirements, cost and schedule constraints. * Designed/validated a 19,000kilometer fiber optic multi-level secure communication system that met operational, security, schedule and costing constraints.* Total system included facilities construction, multiple air bases, and the weapon systems communications.

ORGANIZATION: Air Defense Command, Hill AFB, UT. 1976 to 1980. Responsible for the technical evaluation of U.S. Air Force and NATO allies’ radar systems.* Supervised 17 personnel.* Researched, evaluated, justified and introduced portable computers into the on-site radar analysis process. Reduced calculation errors and team on site times.* Developed, established, and published the U.S. Air Force technical and data reporting standards for radar evaluation reporting.* Fully characterized the RF envelopes and the effects of environmental and hostile forces interference on mobile, fixed, and phased-array radars.* Delivered technically accurate radar evaluations on time and under budget.

ORGANIZATION: Air Defense Command, Makah AFB, Neah Bay, WA, 1973 to 1976. Responsible for the air defense mission, the security and total support operation of the base.* Oversaw more than 400 personnel and dependents, while successfully meeting all missions.* Managed facilities, which included over 100 major structures in three geographic locations.* Operated, maintained and upgraded millions of dollars worth of electronic equipment on an annual basis.* Eliminated a major source of equipment and supplies theft.* Successfully passed all major inspections.

ORGANIZATION: Headquarters Command, Thule AB, Greenland, 1972 to 1973.Responsible for the successful operation and support of a high-priority, classified sensor mission.* Supervised 13 personnel.* Operated and successfully maintained a half million dollar electronic sensor system.* Maintained 100% system operational production for one full year, in a hostile operating environment, where equipment was often exposed to gale-force winds and chill factors in excess of 115 degrees below zero.* Awarded the Presidential Unit Citation.* Successfully passed all major inspections.

ORGANIZATION: Headquarters Command, Clark AB, Philippines, 1970 to 1972. Responsible for the successful operation and support of a high-priority classified sensor mission.* Supervised 18 personnel.* Provided total logistic, security, and mission support for five major facilities throughout the Asia Pacific Rim.* Operated and successfully maintained millions of dollars of sensor systems.* When terrorists murdered one of our guards and stole major equipment from one of our sensor sites, my team redesigned and implemented a novel sensor array, bringing our site back to full operational capability in minimum time. * Awarded the Presidential Unit Citation.* Successfully passed all major inspections.
