•Working within the vehicles/naval teams to produce designs (part/assembly CAD models, 2D drawings with Creo) which met BS 308/BS 8888 specifications for the purpose of manufacture and assembly. These designs were used for concepts, prototypes and trials equipment.•Development of the Primary Sights for an armored vehicle, life extension program.

• Working within the Well Access team to design and verify both open water and in-riserequipment to meet ISO/ API specifications.• Interpret & understand customer specifications to generate various documentsincluding Master Equipment List, Scope of Supply, interface register & engineering plan.• Develop multiple concept designs in CAD (Creo) for review by customer.• Create, review, & release parts and documents within Epims and Teamcenter PLMpackages. This would include Bill of Materials.• Host/participate in design reviews including liaising with manufacturing to ensuredesigns are suitable and allow for efficient manufacture.• Managing discrete work packages such as the production of drawings by a designer.• Producing and reviewing lessons learned documents as well as ensuring steps are taken to mitigate repeating these events.

Producing 3D models and drawings to assist in the design, manufacture and assembly of all aspects of subsea production equipment.· Producing technical designs based on Engineer's/Customer's specifications.· Creating accurate, high quality 3D models within Pro engineer/ Creo to be used for Pro/NC manufacturing.· Create machine and fabrication drawings within Pro Engineer/ Creo to enable manufacture.· Creating revisions to legacy data.· Adhering to recognized international and regional drafting standards.· Create and maintain Bills of Material in the ePIMS database.· Participate in design reviews.· Comply with all department initiatives to meet and improve performance metrics.· Coach and mentor junior team members.

Main Duties include:· Working in the steering team where I was responsible for designing prototypes and products that meet customer requirements.· Producing designs and drawings using the Pro Engineer CAD Program with PDMlink tool.· Creating and controlling engineering documents such as Bill of Materials.· Communicating with manufacturers to resolve any issues.· Organising the prototype build of a new product. This involved collecting/ inspecting parts from suppliers, preparing parts, laying out a build plan and prepping the build team.
