I have worked in the security industry for 14 years. I have gained a wide range of experience including CCTV operative, customer serves to customers, management of crime within the shopping center and detaining these customers whilst waiting for the police to arrive. I have gained my CCTV badge and my door supervisor badge. First aid training and carrying out first aid with in the center is another area i am experienced in. Having fire evacuation taught to us is another skill i have and have used within the center before. Therefore dealing with a crowd in situations of firer evacuation and keeping people calm is another skill of mine, I have assisted in live scenarios with emergence services also I have gained experience in evacuation procedures. I am competent in using excel and word within Microsoft office In the last 14 years I have gained experience in customer service. which includes face to face as well as over the phone. Dealing with problems that customers bring, lost or a complaint, are only some of the experiences I have dealt with. before security I was an accounts manager for the company Bright House. here i dealt with money and of course debt raised by the customer. Within this job i need to be approachable to the customer so that we could sort their problems out. I also set up payment schemes for new customer and collect payment as well.
