Support the LINC Group Management Office as a subject matter expert for the Lawson ERP, Databasics, Timekeeping and Seagate Reporting Systems. Work with Air force customer (SPO) and software programmers to identify 90% of the possible spare parts for B-2 flight test vehicles using existing computer databases and software programs, saving the customer over $2 million dollars. Acted as the CITIS (Contractor Integrated Technical Information Service) Program Manager for the B-2 program office. Deliver contractual technical data electronically, by a process that integrates data management system with company electronic data, rather than the data actually physically data delivered to the customer. Allow government users access to view, comment, and download data or perform a variety of other functions. Interface with defense customer regarding SOW (Statement of Work), requirements (MIL-STD-974), budgets and schedules. Provide a user friendly Motif graphical user interface (GUI). Provide ad hoc queries capability. Re-engineer and optimize the change management process. Started the CITIS help desk to answer questions and delivered engineering data electronically prior to implementation of CITIS at the customer site.
