In my role, I contribute to the overall growth, strategy and execution of our business. Business development and strategic planning for North American market, focused on camera-based AI and machine learning applications within retail and leisure industries.Sensen.ai has applied their expertise to create the world’s best camera-based chip recognition software for table games operations, known as SenGame. Sensen also added to their portfolio, the world’s 1st and only AI based intelligent live-tracking software for large scale camera networks, known as SenTrack.

My role was to help solve clients’ business challenges and drive improvements to their table games financial performance through analytics and optimization. Leveraged operational knowledge to help share industry best-practices for clients to consider for their own business and jurisdiction. Developed into an advanced-user of Tangam’s Table Yield Management software. Worked collaboratively to build industry focused webinars to support reopening efforts. Evaluated financial and operational KPIs to help optimize constrained reopening efforts of casinos both pre/post reopening. Met with customers’ key stakeholders and decision makers to understand their challenges and help support their strategies to improve their bottom line. Other responsibilities included sharing feedback on internal and external product enhancements, fixes and development considerations. While short-lived due to the global pandemic, I enjoyed learning and working with the Tangam team and their products.

Key member of Innovation team, overseeing the VisuaLimits advanced table limit sign business unit for NRT. Highlights included 200%+ growth of installation base, market introduction of VL-PRO limit sign which won the 2019 GGB Best Table Games Product/Innovation Gold Medal and orchestrated an amazing G2E 2019 demonstration of the table game of the future. Responsibilities included managing the product roadmap and development, R&D initiatives including the development of the table game of the future amongst day-to-day operations such as implementation support, product management, troubleshooting and training. Worked closely with development, customers, operations, sales, and QA teams to ensure proper prioritization of product development.Also represented NRT as member of AGEM and on its Responsible Gaming Committee.

Helped to build a brand identity and change team culture through strong partnerships with new leadership and training efforts. Coordinating all training efforts for table and company system changes for department of over 400 people. Observed 10pt revenue increase in the first year of brand introduction. Responsible for high limit floor remodel, expanding room to save over 20% labor costs while increasing table count. Introduced new game types to state and developed training program for roll out. It was a great opportunity working to help construct what JACK Entertainment is all about.

In this position, besides day-to-day responsibilities of the $350MM+ Table Games operation, I was also tasked with the department rebranding to change from the Caesars brand to newly formed, JACK Entertainment. A great challenge and experience, but a difficult one to leave the empire after 15 years of service.

Had pleasure to open the 1st casino in Ohio as a senior leader on property. This casino opening helped serve as a catalyst to revitalize the downtown Cleveland area and community. I helped to educate and introduce new team members and regulators to the industry and pay it forward for all of the years of mentorship I was fortunate to receive in my early years. Cleveland will always hold a special place in my heart for the experiences and bonds which were formed there.Outside of casino operations, I was heavily involved in Responsible Gaming at Ohio's first casino. I served as the Responsible Gaming chairperson helping to train, educate, and collaborate within the NE Ohio region on ways to help improve gambling responsibly. Served as a founding member of the Responsible Gaming Coalition.

Manager in a variety of roles during this time. From Casino Manager to Planning and Analysis responsibilities, I continued to hone my craft as a casino operator and industry leader. Areas of focus: Slots, Table Games, Marketing, and Analysis.
