I was promoted to head of laser training September 2023. I continue to teach the same classes I was teaching before. I create the schedule 6 months at a time for all for our laser training courses and for the 10 team members. I work on decommissioning a mission for sales. I answer customer and FSE’s questions. I help with day-to-day decisions to continuously improve training. I love working on the machines and helping find solutions to fix the machines when they are down.

I have worked at TRUMPF since June 2019. I am a training engineer who teaches multiple classes on multiple technologies. I was nominated and participated in the high potential program of 2022. When the whole group has questions, I look to find the answers and teach everything I learn to the entire department and lead meetings when necessary. I enjoy working for TRUMPF and love giving everything I have. I look to help as much as possible and make the training department the best as possible.

I am currently enlisted with the Connecticut Army National Guard in Windsor, CT. I am currently in Advanced Individual Training for an Aircraft Structure Repairer. I have learned how to complete basic mathematics, measurements, layout, bend and shape sheet metal, rivet, create and mount skin patches, fix damages and completed a course on advanced composite repair. While at training I have been a squad leader and in command of 15 soldiers and I have been the Airframe Commander for my hanger. As the commander I was in a student leadership position of all the airframe repairs (about 60 soldiers). I had to lead them in marching to and from school, take the reports and be responsible for their locations always. I informed them of the duties for the day and instructed clean up at the end of the day. This position has given me the chance to improve my leadership skills and qualities.

I was a sheet metal fabricator apprentice for Air Temp Mechanical Services. I worked in the shop using plasma table, beaded, Pittsburg, tdx, bender machines. I have basic knowledge and understanding of welding. Hard worker, learn quickly, able to make lots of the different fittings.

I am currently the P.E. teacher for the half day and full day Kindergarten at the YMCA. I currently plan and develop lessons based off the CT Common Core State Standards as well as the National Standards for Physical Education. Through these lessons and activities that I plan I am constantly reinforcing team building, sportsmanship, and building a healthy and physical lifestyle. I currently teach a 45-minute class for each Kindergarten once a week.

As a sports class director I am responsible for planning and carrying out various sports classes to build individual skill and knowledge in the sport as well as incorporating positive character within children at young age. I feel that the character building is essential when it comes to sports and reinforce this throughout all the drills and activities I teach. I must accommodate children from ages 3-14 years old within all the classes that I teach, as well as adults in the volleyball league that I am in charge of. The classes that I am currently teaching are basketball, soccer, volleyball, lacrosse, hockey, baseball, and tennis. I am also currently developing golf and gymnastics classes to be offered in the spring if not by the fall. I am working with my current sports director to obtain accreditation for golf and tennis for our YMCA.
