Business responsibilities –• Analysing and planning for restaurant sales levels and profitability.• Organising marketing activities, such as promotional events and discount schemes.Front of house duties –• Organising and supervising the shifts of Waiting, bar and cleaning staff.• Managing customer complaints.• Maintaining positive regular and high value customer relationshipsHousekeeping duties-• Checking stock levels and ordering supplies.• Preparing cash drawer and providing petty cash as required.• Helping in any area of the restaurant when circumstances dictate.Other Duties included; hiring & training new staff and developing outside catering business
