CeoVclear Resources, Llc Mar 2008 - Sep 2013While at Vclear Resources, I acquired a shut down hydropower plant and refurbished it and put it back in production, I also acquired a water treatment company that was an applied technology company that build water treatment systems focused primarily on arsenic removal from drinking water. I introduced a new strategy focused on moving to larger systems and a dedicated focus in international sales. I also formed a new subsidiary called Vclear Environmental, LLC which treats surface water bodies for the removal of nutrients that cause eutrophication, toxic algae and red tides, Seeing the value in this new venture, 3 of us swapped ownership in the parent and resigned to manage the new company. Additionally, we left at a good time as both of the other subsidiaries had become profitable and due to the new strategy at our water treatment company, they had the best quarter ever in the quarter we left.
