Intuitiv Solutions was awarded a 6 month contract to deliver operational process re-engineering and off-shoring. Full departmental offshore - to Near shore and offshore locations. Contract involved mapping existing operations process ás is' state and designing the 'future state' model.

Asset Servicing Product Manager with global remit for the GTS Business (Global Transaction Services).Designed and implemented the client internet delivery capability within GTS for corporate actions & income (CAIN Corporate Action Interactive Noticeboard). System allowed full reporting capabilities across all client corporate actions and allowed online and upload responses to corporate action elections.
