My greatest strengths are my ability to be:1) Positive – Enthusiasm and positivity is contagious and I am the one who will output that every day to contribute to a great working environment.2) Adaptable – I’m described as a person who will roll with the punches. I will be able to handle tough patients and I will be able to deal with tough situations.3) Consistent – I will put out work that you, the patient and I can be proud. 4) Encouraging – There is nothing more fulfilling than seeing growth in others. I will push my co-workers and my patients to realize the potential in themselves. 5) Empathetic – Growing up with an older brother and two younger brothers taught me to be able to feel their feelings as my own. I extend this to my patients to connect with them on a real basis to work through difficult situations.
