Director of Service. Our service department services and calibrates the instruments we manufacture, that are used in Forensic Crime labs, primarily in the tool marks and ballistics comparison area, but also trace evidence discovery. I work in a supervisory / management role, overseeing the functions of our service team, including training, scheduling, quoting work, and am the technical manager for our ISO17025 calibration laboratory program.

Worked as a field service technician responsible for medical device calibration and repair. Additionally performed duties in the role of customer technical support and sales.

Was responsible for diagnosis and repair of personal computer and laptops. Installation of customized systems and small home and business networks. Also provided technical support via phone for customers.

Was responsible maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical motors (ac/dc), motor drives, contactors, relays, power distribution, timers, temperature sensors, electronic valve positioners, control systems for automated processes on the production floor and calibration of various sensors and weighing instrumentation.

Installed various elements of the power distribution and sound damping system on board the nuclear submarines USS Texas and USS North Carolina. Secret clearance.

Electronics Technician and work center supervisor for communications in Combat Systems Division on board the USS HARRY S TRUMAN (CVN-75). In addition to supervising junior personnel was responsible for maintaining and repairing various electronic and computer systems. Top Secret clearance.
