I took a year off to travel and fulfill a dream of sailing as a deckhand aboard US Brig Niagara.

● Provided technical support and helped with issue resolution for four healthcare organizations. ● Assisted with build and provided change management support for organizations as they completed software upgrades. ● Coordinated with development on several projects to update Epic functionality to meet customer needs.● Audited charging related build and workflows to ensure best practices were being followed for all active implementations.

● Project manager on the first project to bring an integrated electronic medical record (EMR/EHR) to Norway. More specifically, I worked with radiology at the Helse Møre og Romsdal, Helse Nord-Trøndelag, and St. Olav's healthcare trusts in Central Norway. ● Worked with a team of analysts and representatives from radiology operations to design workflows, support third party integrations, create training materials, and assist with change management. ● Interpreted contract requirements and ensured the terms of the contract were met during the implementation.● Coordinated with Epic's development team to make several software updates to meet radiology's needs.

● Managed the implementation of Epic's Radiant module for several multi-hospital organizations and oversaw teams of up to six analysts. ● Developed new processes as the clinical lead on the first implementation of Epic's Sonnet software suite, which was also one of the first projects to use the shortened Utility timelines. ● Provided urgent short term build, and project management support for multiple off track implementations. ● Monitored charging related escalations and performed build and workflow audits for all active implementations to ensure stable customer revenue as the Radiant charging lead. ● Coordinated with other application teams to revamp how installing organizations complete charge testing. The new effort reduced the time required to complete testing, while maintaining the same high quality outcomes. ● Implemented various pieces of Epic's Radiant functionality including: RIS and PACS-driven radiologist workflows, radiologist protocoling, DICOM modality work lists, breast imaging, lung screening, case and appointment based IR, critical results tracking, incidental findings, ED wet reads, and film tracking.

● Worked as a teaching assistant for the Department of Mathematics as an undergraduate teaching assistant for precalculus and business calculus. ● Lead recitations for groups of up to 25 students to review key concepts, complete practice problems, and answer any questions.
