Extensive experience managing business within the Contract Scaffolding Industry from minor works to projects up to £750,000 in value. Magnum Scaffolding is a member of the NASC, has ISO 45001, a current SSIP and Construction Line Gold. The company is also registered with Builders Profile. The principal objective of the business is "achieving safety at the highest level"The company is currently working towards Environmental and Quality ISOs and Construction Line Gold.I have interest in the personal development of people and the implementation of the highest standards of Health and Safety and compliance to current standards.The business has invested and owns substantial stocks of proprietary scaffolding equipment with the objective of achieving increased levels of productivity, safety and efficiencies for the customer. The equipment is generally lighter than traditional materials, therefore reducing the physical work for the staff and consequently reducing the risk of fatigue and injury. This to include the use of van Thiel transoms, Lock and wedge fittings as well as Haki and Layher Roofing and Tower equipment. I gained a good general background in Construction Industry when I left School working for a major Contractor as starting as a Trainee Site Engineer also gaining experience in various department including Structural Design, Land Surveying and Quantity Surveying. This enables me to have a reasonable understanding of the construction sequence and how the building is constructed.
