Help dental offices with the cloud based PMS system called Dentrix Ascend. I support electronic claims submission, electronic billing, online pay and in office payment systems, patient communication and electronic prescription submission.

I support customers having issues sending dental claims and billing statements. I also help with the payment processors that are setup to communicate with the Dentrix dental software. I also been trained to help with the demand force software that lets dental offices send texts, emails and voice reminders. Utilizing jira, twillio and demandforce sites to troubleshoot issue

Help customers update any of their account info, help them send in the proper paperwork for verification for Fsa, Hra and Dcra. Explained the importance of an Hsa and the benefits of having one especially to help build for retirement. Help customers navigate HealthEquity’s site and investment site

Maintain a portfolio of past due accounts to help them get current with their in house loan.

Setup production line, bring in ingredients to the line, take apart equipment to clean it, clean and sanitize the line after production, using swab to make sure the line is clean, run quality checks during production, make the final check as the product is wrapped and sent to the freezer department
