In my role as Territory Sales Manager I work with entrepreneurs who have the vision to build a client base with Colonial Life's products and strategies. It is my responsibility to grow the sales organization throughout Southern Nevada, Southern California (San Diego, Imperial County, Riverside County) and Hawaii. I oversee the growth and development of all the Colonial Life offices and agents in this three state Territory. My focus is leadership development and the growth of our organization. I am actively engaged in speaking with individuals or teams that are looking for a great opportunity with our organization and developing their own insurance sales organization.
