With over 10 years of experience in operations management, I am a strategic leader with a passion for developing and delivering innovative safety products that protect lives and properties. I currently work as the Sr. VP Operations at Campus Safety Products, LLC, a company that provides cutting-edge solutions for schools, businesses, and government agencies. My mission is to align the operations with the corporate strategy, and to foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement among the teams.In my current role, I serve as the liaison between the sales and operations departments, and define the business rules and requirements for the company's new Active Shooter Lockdown System. This system is designed to prevent unauthorized access to buildings and rooms, and to alert the authorities and the occupants in the event of an emergency. I have significantly improved the processes and performance of the manufacturing, purchasing, engineering, shipping, and receiving functions, and cultivated and strengthened lasting relationships with suppliers.
