As forms lead for the marketing department of HSA Bank, I was responsible for the rebranding, development, and editing of all new and existing online digital and print bank forms and product user training guides.I also successfully contributed to the RFI and RFP efforts of the bank, directly contributing to sales generating over a dozen business wins for the company.In addition, I developed the written script for the video training of HSA brokers on the bank's products and services, as well as developing the FAQ content on the consumer portal.

I was promoted to directly assist a major medical device company (Zimmer) with global website development that brought their digital presence to life. I hosted a punk (Underground 80s) and a jazz (Jazz 101) show for 7 years on internet radio station WFFR- Freeze Frame Radio, which in its heyday (2004-2007) was the largest pop/rock format station broadcasting on the Live365 network.

As an Information Architect for RedPrairie (now JDA), I:• Wrote product online help to provide overviews and procedures for Web-based applications.• Revised product server installation and configuration guides.• Created technical specification documents that detailed the software, hardware, and firmware products required to run product applications.• Developed several features and functions manuals to provide a high-level introduction to the features and functions of several inventory and transportation management products.• Played an instrumental role in developing the publications department online style guide.

My role at HK Systems / Irista was initially intended to be an internship, but I was directly hired into a technical writing position instead, before graduating with my B.A. in English.
