I am responsible of all aspects in order for the business to run smoothly. I am responsible for taking bookings, creating gift vouchers, checking people in once they arrive, briefing people, keeping customers entertained, taking payment, replying to emails and phone calls and all other aspects of desk work (including closing up and making sure that everything is ready for the next day).I also am responsible for all tasks trackside as well, this includes: track Marshalling, briefing drivers for safe kart operation, kart maintenance and repairs, track maintenance and finally running the races.
