At Location Surveys, I gained a lot of experience in a short amount of time and undertook formal training (ProQual Levels 3 & 5 Diploma in Utility Mapping and Surveying) to strengthen my role as an Assistant Utility Surveyor. I enjoyed each survey as every site is different, therefore a new puzzle to piece together. On site, I am experienced with using CAT and Genny, GPR, GPS and Total Station. In the office I have experience with ProgeCAD and writing detailed reports for completed jobs.

My main duty was driving buses on various routes adhering to timetables, picking up passengers, issuing tickets and assisting passengers with any queries. As part of every working day I carried out pre-service defect and safety checks on buses.In addition to my driving duties I was the company photographer, I trained drivers on new and existing routes, plus I produced risk assessments for each bus route.

In addition to my bus driving duties, I worked closely with the depot manager to create driver rotas, conduct pre-service driver checks, deal with any office enquiries and driver issues. If there were any short notice driver sickness or issues on the morning run out, I acted proactively to minimise service disruption through adjusting driver duties.
