I had worked in numerous stores before being given the opportunity to work with Business in the Community (BITC) on the Connector program.As a Business Connector in Portsmouth my role took me into areas that needed support. It was my job to connect charities, communities and enterprises with one another. As a successful connector you have to listen carefully to the needs of both charity and business and link the two together in order to achieve the optimum success.

As a Store Manager I was accountable for the whole store including a Coffee lounge, Restaurant, Clothing and General Merchandise.

I began working in M&S when I proudly opened the 10th M&S Outlet store in the UK.I was involved in many refit stores and Outlet openings due to my experience from working with GAP clothing before joining M&S I moved from Store Manager of Outlets to a new opportunity in one of the top 5 flagship stores where I managed Menswear and Ladies wear for two years as a Commercial Manager. During my time with the business I maintained my focus on customer service and the delivery for fantastic visual and merchandising standards through creativity and sales growth. .
