Reporting directly to the CEO/CFO my daily operations oversight included production flow accountability, multiple department oversight, the sourcing of vendors (nationally and overseas), managing vendor relations - quality control and shipping logistics (nationally and overseas) – scheduling and payroll – purchase orders and invoicing as well as continual internal catalog production of client portfolio item stock.Producing jewelry lines for: Kelly Wearstler, Pamela Love, A.L.C., Gabriela, TomTom, etc.

Working with companies such as: Harley-Davidson, Dell Computers, Pennzoil, Titlist, Golf Tec, Surf Tech, O’Neil, Sessions Snowboards, Consolidated Skateboards, and various Silicon Valley start-ups.Reporting to the head of the creative department my role started and continued as the main point of contact between the customer and the agency, providing customer relationship management and functioning as a Subject Matter Expert - collaborating with cross-functional teams to define process and system improvements specific to production needs and customer satisfaction – responsible for the coordination and administration of scope, schedule, cost - developing timelines, achieving milestones and managing deliverables. I organized and assisted with the production of marketing material targeted toward client development, including the sourcing of vendors and managing vendor relations.Maintained oversight of Creative, Art, and Code/Scripting departments developing creative solutions of media packages and deliverables including branding, copy writing, print advertising, web development, website traffic growth, domain names and shopping cart solutions.
