Our goal is to have you saying, “I didn’t know a granola bar could taste that good.” We started in the family kitchen 15 years ago with Lenka making bars for her two boys and have grown to be a favorite for anyone looking for a new level of snacking deliciousness.

We're on a mission to make snacking better by hand making delicious granola bars with wholesome ingredients.As a founding owner, my job has been to nurture the business and help it thrive. This has included building the company's vision, developing sales, hiring/firing employees, innovating production processes, building partnerships and customer loyalty, improving sourcing, creating marketing materials, and working to solve better problems every day.

Our coaching program offers the knowledge, skills, and experiences that accelerate companies toward a culture of servant leadership and rich engagement.As an experiential coach, I facilitate hands on learning for topics including: social and emotional learning, communication and conflict resolution, building company culture, and hospitality training.

Philadelphia's workplace wellness company. On The Goga works with companies that care to co-create and deliver wellness programs that help employees feel valued and supported. I consult Anna Greenwald, owner of On The Goga, to help position her company as a leader in the Philadelphia corporate wellness space. My domains of work include: developing company vision and mission, branding and customer value proposition, teacher training, and sales strategy.

-Served on Dr. Ellen McGrath’s teaching team for Fundamentals of Social Entrepreneurship and Global Social Entrepreneurship-Tasked to help with class communication, curriculum development, and transformative teaching strategy development-Managed a documentary film project and a solar-based startup venture team

-NYU Climate Action Plan researcher and co-author. Collaborated with a student and faculty team to create a comprehensive greenhouse gas inventory and emissions reduction strategy through 2040-Sustainability representative at national and international conferences including: New York City Solar Summit, French-American Conference of Entrepreneurs and the GreenSpace NYC Cleantech Conference-Co-author and presenter of NYU Global Greening Initiative at AASHE in Denver and NECSC in Montreal

-Tasked to create a prioritized list of energy and water efficiency and conservation recommendations for presentation to the NYU administration- Spearheaded water conservation research and stormwater best management practices for an NYU pilot program

-Worked with former NY Commissioner Henry Stern to increase public political awareness and promote a more ethical and functional local government-Helped expand the role of NY Civic from think tank to political reform group by mobilizing students
