Senior and executive positions are impactful and change-making. They are also profoundly isolating. When facing challenging decisions and complex turmoil, I come alongside leaders as a thought partner and guide. I hold space for them to speak honestly of the frustration, confusion, and uncertainty they can't share anywhere else. In these spaces I partner with leaders by asking probing and challenging questions that help cut through the chaos and crystalize the path forward. I teach leaders how to lean into conflict and foster psychological safety. - Consult with the leaders of state government to create and foster collaborative dynamics throughout the state enterprise.- Provide leadership coaching to new and seasoned leaders to amplify their strengths and address areas of growth.- Facilitation workshops and presentations on emotional intelligence, organizational change and transition, conflict, collaboration, mental health, communication, and trust.- Developed Integrated Decision-Making (IDM) service to more effectively support our clients by facilitating collaborative, structured, and driven discussions to discover solutions to toxic and complicated problems.- Participate in an inter-agency partnership to improve program collaboration and curate an enterprise-wide leadership development platform.- Respond to critical incidents to provide onsite mental health support to those impacted.- Serve as a member of the state Diversity, Equity, Accessibility, and Inclusion Committee to review and improve state practices around DEAI efforts.- Lead the DEAI Brain Health subcommittee to identify and advocate for improvements regarding mental health parity and mental health discrimination within the workplace.- Act as advisor to mental health initiatives throughout the state enterprise- Develop working relationships with community mental health providers and advocates to remain aware of current mental health service accessibility, including potential gaps in provider availability and coverage.

- Manage several of the administrative functions of the office including billing, invoices, strategic planning, and communications planning and development.- Support city, county, state, and Tribal Nation leaders to navigate multifaceted, complex,and challenging issues.- Use the Collaborative Problem-Solving (CPS) process to help our clients develop wise, equitable, and robust solutions. CPS is an interest-based approach which heavily relies on the wisdom obtained from effective public engagement and equity efforts.- Provide 1-on-1 coaching to city, county, state, and Tribal Nations leaders to build their capacity for collaboration and to use moments of conflict as opportunities for innovation and building trust.- Develop and provide workshops, trainings, and presentations to city, county, state, and Tribal Nations leaders on collaboration, navigating conflict, leadership development, bridging political divides, and navigating change.- Maintain and develop state and National partnerships to support the use of collaboration within political environments.- support the Minnesota Civility Caucus to plan, organize, and execute events and efforts to bridge political divides within the Minnesota Legislature.- Manage a grant fund dedicated to supporting community mediation efforts throughout Minnesota.- Provide leadership and management guidance to grant recipients as needed to ensure compliance and success of the respective programs.- Review and process grant invoices and coordinate with the Minnesota Department of Justice on the reporting requirements of the grantees. - Manage a wide array of projects including: Developing and guiding the Minnesota Department of Administration plan to achieve their DEAI goals, development of a civil governance handbook for political bridge-building efforts, division website redesign and communications plan development, and the curation of the Human Centered Leadership curriculum.

I work with people to help them live full and independent lives when they would otherwise be left in a nursing facility or hospital. I do this through the following responsibilities:- Provide ongoing CADI and BI waiver case management to individuals diagnosed with physical and mental health diagnoses. - Advocate for in-home services to improve lives and increase the independence of my clients.- Act as the primary contact for referrals for services such as PCA, Skilled Nursing, Medical Equipment Purchases, and Independent Living Skills.

Fostering self-advocacy and motivation in those who struggle with mental health challenges.Encouraging individuals to recognize their significance and independence.Managing a full caseload of clients desiring to improve their lives.Supporting individuals through addiction as they utilize their resources in order to recover and create successful, inspiring lives. Challenging self-defeating thought patterns and behaviors that can sabotage productivity and success.

Facilitate a Drop-in Center that caters toward SPMI populations within the Dakota County area. Lead various psycho-educational and peer-support groups including addictions and healthy living. Aid in crisis situations through redirection and therapeutic intervention.Continual encouraging of living skills and mood regulation. Provide outings into the community and various attractions.Develop and distribute monthly newsletters. Maintain the monthly budget for the Drop-in Center. Produce the monthly schedule for the counselors of the Drop-in Center. Provide service to administrative case management clients for the Case Management program. Transfer clients to the necessary counties. Close inactive case management cases.
