- Target market includes contractors, government, hospitals, schools, health sector, commercial, leisure, and more to lease, sell, and manufacture office trailers, modular buildings, park model cabins, and storage containers.- Prospecting through various means including Dodge reports, Planhub, Planet Bids, BidSync, Building Connected, marketing lists, and existing customers.- Providing customers with accurate quotes and information on a wide range of products and services.- Following up with customers on a timely basis to provide excellent customer service.- Keeping track of inventory on a wide range of products.- Scheduling service calls, delivery, pickup, relocation, installation, and breakdown of equipment.- Coordinating orders with production, dispatcher, drivers, accountants, management, and sales team.- Invoicing customers upon delivery, return or relocation of equipment.- Answering phone calls in the office and distributing them to the correct departments.- Assisting the project manager with request for information, change orders and submittals.
