Pick pack and deliver goods to customers

 Conduct meetings with customers documenting any issues arising or concerns which may effect customers or jepordise the project completion. Liaise with all departments to ensure the project is completed on time. Ensure all customer parts are set-up on the mainframe computer system. Ensure all “ Live “ locations on customer production lines are covered by barcode system. Set-up operational system. Ensure operational readiness on all new sites, i.e. procedural compliance is achievable. Liaise with the Training Manager to ensure adequate training and records. Carry out training as agreed. Support any new ‘set ups’ amending the DLF system as necessary. Cooperate with any support staff provided to ensure a smooth implementation, if instructed, manage their work. Report on project status.  Ensure a professional manner and image at all times. Provide support to Customer Service Centers as necessary.

• Operations Management: Ensure safety, quality and production for all warehouse functions such as receiving, picking, packing and shipping departments.• Operations Efficiency: Track and maximize workflow and work units per hour; Ensure SOP compliance; Identify operational development opportunities, ensure safety rules are being followed.• Team Leadership: Develop an engaged and efficient workforce through supervisor development. Provide high level leadership to supervisors and facility staff.• Change Management: Desire to make a difference; Ability to implement change, manage expectations and maintain accountability.• Workforce Planning: Scheduling, staffing and training teams of employees based on workload and anticipated volumes using established data and metrics.
