I spent the next fifteen years in the printing/marketing field, eventually advancing to more challenging roles and increasingly responsible positions, until I eventually became Production Manager at a New Jersey printing establishment.In 1994, I joined the team at Deluxe Corporation, where I progressed to Training Coordinator, IS09000/2000 Coordinator, Sr. Training Specialist and Lean Enterprise Training Manager for a Thorofare, NJ, manufacturing facility. In 2008, I established a Certified Minority Business Enterprise called Graphics Solutions, now Riggs Creative Group LLC. This 12 year old enterprise specializes in strategic communication planning, integrated marketing and design, website and app development, visual communication, creative, video and photography, content development, internal and external signage, print collateral and promotional products. I have been honored as a Gloucester County Chamber of Commerce’s Small Business Person of the Year and as a South Jersey Biz magazine Outstanding Entrepreneur.
