Operational Analyst in the Technology Availability Centre (TAC) tasked with monitoring of and reporting on the usage of secure files on the core banking systems, writing process documents and analysing the vulnerability of the mainframe services in collaboration with the Security Operations Centre (SOC).

System and Database admin responsible for student, research and corporate systems based in both Unix/Linux and Windows environments (in development, test and, in particular, live servers). Maintained the availability of, and identified and resolved problems with, the University's frontline and support services.
