As wells as major metropolitan projects, Steven has managed regional and remote works for the State Government in communities such as Warburton, Warakuna and Jigalong, with recent projects in Halls Creek, Fitzroy Crossing and Derby. These projects require significant co-ordination and control given the extreme locations and logistical problems. Steven has been involved in a senior management role in a broad range of projects spanning commercial developments, hospital works, aged care facilities and local government buildings and institutional facilities.As Project Manager, Steven has an active role in overseeing and control of the procurement, programming, administration and delivery of the project. Responsibilities include letting and control of subcontract packages, preparation and co-ordination of design changes and variations, management of project programme; and all contractual issues. Special emphasis is placed on client relations and overall project performance.
