Steven Robertson has been a State Certified Contractor in Central Florida for 23 years, specializing in custom homes and large renovations projects. He began his career as the Project Manager for his family’s construction business in 2002. Steve has had the privilege of managing and contracting home projects in Lake Nona, Harmony, Stevens Plantation, Keene's Pointe, Bellaria, on clients’ personal properties, as well as commercial build outs and new construction across Central Florida. Steve managed the 11,000 sq ft New American Home in Lake Nona for the 2008 NAHB International Builder’s Show. This project earned Steve his first Green Build Certificate. He won first place and grand award (2014 Parade of Homes) for his $1.5 mil whole house remodel on Keenes Pointe. Built the 2019 New Southern Home for the South East Builder Conference in Winter Park, Fl. He is a Past President of the Greater Orlando Builders Association and sat on the Board of Directors FHBA for 8 years.
