As part of the Internal Communication Committee, I independently completed data analysis of Center employee suggestions and comments and prepared summary findings. Those findings were disseminated to CDRH components for action. I initiated data call responses to those action items and reported status updates to senior management. I created and managed the OCER front office website on the FDA intranet, researching discrepancies in information and initiating corrections. I independently conducted thorough analyses of the Microsoft Access Freedom of Information (FOI) database, identified problems associated with the program and refined and revised database for tracking FOIA and Disclosure workloads. I developed a branch presentation for use of the database and conducted training for FOI senior management. I assessed database items that can be placed on the data.gov website and by briefing senior management, recommended changes to improve current processes. Those recommendations and modifications were adopted by senior analysts. I created and edited Denial letter correspondence for incoming FOIA requests.I assisted the Office of Management Operations Awards Program Workgroup in disseminating written correspondence to FDA and CDRH award recipients for the 2011 CDRH Annual Awards Ceremony.
