I have over 17 years of experience in the home service industry starting as a Field Engineer before becoming a leader of a home service team at Sky, the UK's leading media and entertainment company. At the start of my career with Sky as an Engineer I gained valuable skills installing and servicing Sky products and equipment alongside delivering exceptional levels of customer service. On progression I became a home service team manager overseeing the daily operations of the team, ensuring that we deliver excellent customer service, meet quality and safety standards, and achieve operational and KPI targets. I also lead, coach and motivate the team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. I am passionate about providing the best possible experience for our customers, and I am always looking for new ways to enhance our service and increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
