• Volunteer tutor of basic reading and writing skills for adult speakers of English, ESL for non-native English speakers, computer literacy, and GED mathematics.• Students are all adults and range from basic to advanced levels. Tutoring involves both direct interaction, one-on-one with students, as well as classroom instruction averaging 15-20 students.• Administrative tracking of students to provide reporting to sponsoring organizations (e.g., United Way).

Taught reading, writing, and grammar during the 2016 Summer term at the International University of Grand-Bassam in Côte d’Ivorie (Ivory Coast). Classes averaged twelve to eighteen freshmen students, all at the high intermediate level. Classes were conducted in accordance with the latest research in second language acquisition.

• Senior Business Analyst and Data Mapper for a consumer lending system developed and marketed by CGI. Supported the conversion of 550,000 Home Equity accounts from a decommissioned system to the CGI system at Regions bank. Worked on the Unit Testing team of the same system at PNC.• Senior Business Analyst for the analysis and design of a unified taxing system that provided consistent tax processing across five disparate consumer telephone billing systems at SBC (AT&T).• Subject Matter Expert on BellSouth’s (AT&T) adjunct telephone billing system that provided usage incentives across multiple corporate regions (the system was developed jointly by CGI and BellSouth). Worked as a Subject Matter Expert in developing and implementing significant modifications to the system to support Ameritech’s (AT&T) unique billing requirements.• Process Designer for AT&T’s service ordering system that established dedicated data network connectivity between a company’s offices located in different international cities. The process required not only specifying the connection across AT&T’s global network, but also collaborating with the local network providers in each end location to establish the local connections.• Developed and presented training materials for multiple mainframe computer applications. Various types of training consisted of presentations, hands-on computer usage, and classroom instruction.• Functional architect on AT&T’s reseller billing system. The system billed $15-20M monthly to telephony resellers in AT&T’s BellSouth region.
