Responsible for all facets of Operations across the Northern New England footprint. This organization of ~1,600 employees oversees all functions associated with Customer Care from front end Consumer, Business and Wholesale call centers to the plant, infrastructure and surveillance of the network. Additional duties include Construction, Installation and Maintenance as well as Business Transformation and Intelligence.

Responsible for the Customer Care & Network Assurance Organization of 750 people and an $80M budget. Oversee network stability, proactive surveillance, triage and repair. This includes the NOC, Emerging Technology Center and all inbound call center responsibilities as first point of contact for customer inquiries, sales, order activity and installation and maintenance.

Led Network Technical Engineering organization of 100 associates with $50M budget. Directed all proactive maintenance, network provisioning and trouble restorations while improving and maintaining the highest levels of network availability, emergency response time and customer satisfaction.

Directed Network Field Services organization of 2000 technical resources with $200M budget. Led five regions (20 Eastern states) improving network stability, dispatch, customer trouble resolution, new service and technology installation, vendor management, and security.
