Standardisation of key systems being of paramount importance to simplifying back office support and ensuring data integrity and consistency for end clients.--Offshore Field Visits-- Installation/Upgrade new integrated navigation systems and training of offshore field crews. Direct support of the crews implementing the new systems during survey acquisition. Includes documentation of visits and follow up with respective stakeholders.--Training--In-house training (Technical Workshops) for field crews in 4D Acquisition methods (Bergen, Singapore). Development of offshore crew training program.--Survey Acquisition Management-- From tender stage to acquisition kick-off and through to project review meetings ensure that all appropriate stakeholders are engaged and supported where necessary. Ensure that all technical specifications in tender/bids are realistic and achievable. Aid and monitor field crews in achieving/meeting these required specifications.--Advancing New Technology-- From building specifications on the functionality of new software through to the support and management of software bugs and requests for development.--Project Management--Ensure deliverables of a project are achieved, be it a system installation during a port call with critical time allowance or a technical project onshore. Monitoring of the project to ensure awareness of the critical path and re-allocation of resources where necessary.--Driver of Workplace Culture--Utilise inter-personal skills to cultivate a culture in the department that values information sharing, knowledge growth and working as a team.
