Responsible for the commissioning, project management and handover of assigned projects. I am responsible for the onsite liaising with contractors, to ensure a smooth and time conscious process is achieved in commissioning to handing over projects to clients needs, from stand-alone systems, fully networked DALI addressable and system integration. I support the sales team with designing the projects and any technical support needed. This then ensures a smooth setup/ commission for the customer. Using AutoCAD I provide technical drawings based on the site and update them at the fruition of the project ready for the OEM manuals.

Responsible for programming and commissioning multiple types of lighting controls to the customers specification from stand alone detectors, to fully networked DALI addressable lighting and emergency systems.

I install new fire alarm systems and add to existing systems. I Design programs for analogue addressable systems and set up their cause and effects. I service and repair emergency lighting, 2 wire, 4 wire and analogue fire alarm systems. I also do any electrical work that is needed and commission systems that have been installed by others.

I installed and tested various systems from domestic installations to industrial installations, including installation of metal and plastic trunking/conduit and installation of basket/ tray. Have installed all different types of cable from cat6 to MICC and PVC/PVC to SWA/PVC. Fault found and repaired on problem systems. Installed new circuits or extended old on small installations as well.
