Part-time opportunity, catering to celebrities.I worked on tours with the Rolling Stones, Christian artist Lauren Daigle throughout the country, and the CMA Festival 2022 for 5 days, feeding 250-350 guest to include the celebrity, there band members, road crew, house security and venue management, breakfast, lunch and dinner each day of the tour.Responsibilities included the ordering of food, cooking, creating menus, managing time was huge, training staff and all out of remote kitchens and a 55' tractor trailer kitchen.
