Prior to this, I have worked in other training and workshop management roles and have gained extensive experience across the mining and construction sectors on a global scale. I am confident in leading, training, assessing and coordinating teams of personnel in line with all regulatory standards and procedures. Throughout my career, I have achieved substantial increases in availability of plant along with reduction of costs and labour due to diligent work methods and high-performing teams. I posses over 30 years working experience and pride myself on my pro-active approach towards all my roles throughout the globe.
