Steven Schmidt received his bachelor's degree from Temple University, majoring in Business Administration and minoring in marketing. He has knocked on doors for 16 years of his life. He started knocking on doors while in high school and sold everything from Newspaper Subscriptions to memberships for Triple A, to the deregulation of energy so that consumers could choose various electric and gas suppliers. He continued this while in College and that is how he paid his way through Temple University. He started working for Comcast as a sales rep in college and was later promoted to the Sales Supervisor for the Philadelphia Region. He held that position for about 4 years and left to start and co-own a company focusing on residential maintenance in the construction industry. After he sold his residential maintenance company, he became part owner of Genius Enterprises Inc., a direct marketing company with his long time friend and colleague, Eugene Sloush. Together they founded a new corporation Power marketing Group, LLC. Steven is the Chief Operating Officer of Genius Enterprises Inc. and CEO of Power marketing group LLC., and currently has helped build and structure an organization that dedicates itself to acquiring new customers for fortune publicly traded clients such as Comcast and IDT Energy, along the east coast. He thrives off of providing jobs where people value themselves and the company that they work for. He feels it is imperative for them to enjoy the kind of work that they do and are also happy doing it.
