Since graduating from University with an honours degree in Mechanical Engineering, I have accumulated over 14 years of experience working in the Australian construction and mining industry. This involvement has led to a depth of knowledge in site-based engineering works and project delivery. I believe a willingness to lead from the front and motivating those around you are major factors in the success of projects and driving an overall safety culture. As a graduate mechanical engineer in the bulk materials handling industry I worked on multiple projects in the consulting design field for AECOM. With Downer-Clough I had a site-based role working in the piping engineering team on an ammonium processing plant construction project. The bulk of my experience has been working within the project engineering and management area on resource projects within Western Australia, working initially for REL (now NPE) and then ADENCO. Personal development has been a consistent focus in my career. I added a Diploma of Project Management to my bachelors in 2014 and completed a Masters of Business Administration at UWA in 2023.
