Propose some system design base on user requirement.- Full Project Implementation cycle. From User Requirement Study, URS analysis, System Setting, System testing, System UAT with users, System Training, System Public Training, System Go Live and System Support.Experience Gain:- Learn on the Project Implementation method.- Well understand on full suit HR module. Employee Center, System Security, Service Progression, Payroll, e-Leave, Time Attendance, Medical, e-Claim, e-Training, e-Appraisal, e-Competency, e-Learning, TNA, e-Recruitment, Budget and Alert modules.- Provide consultation to users follow system process by providing the benefits/advantages of having it.Achievement:- Successful implement HR Project full suit modules for Johor Port BHD at Johor. Duration of the project is 1 year.- Successful implement HR Project - Employee Center, Payroll, e-Leave, e-TAMS, Medical modules for Munchy biscuit company at Batu Pahat Johor. Duration of the project is 2 months.- Come out stress test plan for Mydin customer and perform it at initial stage, POC. Employee migration for 30k employee records, Active and Inactive staff.

Job Responsibilities:- Handle and maintain ERP system for Manufacturing and Distribution modul- Requirement study on new requirement for system flow and customization reports.- Customer support in system issue.- Handle HR system. Develop the OA(Office Automation) system for security module using ASP.net.- Develop Barcode system which scan the barcode and store stock code and quantity in database.Experience Gain:ERP SystemManufacturing Module:- Experience in MRP (Material Requirement Planning), SFC (Shop Floor Control), WAC (Weight Average Cost), MPS (Master Production Scheduling) & QAS (Quality Assurance System) modules.- Understand the manufacturing Business process flow on how system able to generate the Work order from various requirement and propose Purchase Requisition to end user.Distribution Module:- Experience in SOS (Sales Order System), POS (Purchase Order System) & ICS (Inventory Control System).- Understand the Sales Order System Business process flow on Sales Quotation, Sales Order, Delivery Order, Invoice and Credit/Debit Note. All of these processes are link to each other from end to end process.- Understand the Purchase Order System Business process flow on Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Purchase Goods Receive, Purchase Invoice, Debit/Credit note and Return to Vendor. All of these processes are link to each other from end to end process.Inventory Module- Inventory Control System is for stock transaction such as Adjustment in, Adjustment out, Production Receipt, Production Issue, Scrapped, Miscellaneous Receipt and Miscellaneous Issue, Stock transfer & Stock Issue.- From Inventory module, able to trace the stock movement report.

Job Responsibilities :- Handle Payroll system and Attendance Management System.- Maintain these 2 systems and also design new feature for customer base on customer requirements.- Support customers if customers have issue in the system.Experience Gain :- Knowing in programming language Visual Basic 6 front end and MS SQL 2000 back end.- Know how to design report using Crystal Report 9.- Knowing well in Payroll business process in terms of Payroll processing logic and PCB calculation logic.- Handle Payroll and Times Attendance module.
