I am an equity Partner at Carter Jonas LLP. I am the Oxford Office Head. I am also Head of Planning & Development for the South & South West. I act for a wide variety of private and public sector clients for whom the firm provides planning consultancy services on a national basis. I appear regularly at planning inquiries, hearings and development plan Examinations in Public as both an advocate and expert witness. I am also a regular speaker on planning matters.I joined Kemp & Kemp in 1982 and became a partner in 1987. Kemp & Kemp was acquired by Carter Jonas in May 2017. I hold a BA (Hons) degree in Planning Studies and a Graduate Diploma in Planning for Urban Conservation and Renewal and was elected as a Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute in 1984.
