Starting with a strong foundation in operations, I transitioned into cloud and automation solutions, ultimately leading to specialization in DevOps and SRE. In my role, I am fully engaged with customers at all levels from technical to executive in progressing their software delivery and digital transformation journeys. I focus on a trifecta of SDLC improvements; automating on-premise and cloud infrastructure and applications; and implementing logging, monitoring, and metrics tools. My background in infrastructure architecture and operations in combination with more recent specializations has positioned me as a trusted advisor with many of my customers.I am particularly passionate about fostering meaningful relationships with customer contacts and stakeholders, ensuring that their voices are heard and valued. This people-focused approach allows me to translate complex technical needs into effective, user-friendly solutions.
