    In this role I preform 1st line support to a number of different customers, supporting Office 2003-2010, Vista, XP and Windows 7. Also all hardware issue such as printers and scanners as well as any other 3rd party software. I log the calls in the call logging system and try to resolve within the 1st line remit and then escalate the calls to the 2nd line where necessary. Also I am one of the engineers that visit customer sites on a rota basis to deal with any issues face to face.
