In this role I preform 1st line support to a number of different customers, supporting Office 2003-2010, Vista, XP and Windows 7. Also all hardware issue such as printers and scanners as well as any other 3rd party software. I also look after customer server issues such as restores, active directory, roaming profiles and disk space. We also have some customer on hosted platforms. I log the calls in the call logging system and try to resolve within the 1st line remit and then escalate the calls to the 2nd line where necessary. Also I am one of the engineers that visit customer sites on a rota basis to deal with any issues face to face.

In this role I preformed task such as daily backups, log any errors and resolve issues where I can. Preform 1st/2nd line call resolution, using VNC or Citrix shadowing tools, making sure the calls are logged on the call logging system and complying with the SLA's. Other duties involved proactive server monitoring which include printer spoolers, disk space, database backups, tape backups using Symantec Veritas, SQL queries, SQL Server 2000 & 2005, Oracle 9 &10, roaming profiles, active directory and documentation.

In this role I was left the responsibility to run the new retail shop from roles including stock takes, ordering of stock, displays and banking. I also had a part time employee to manage as well.

My main roles were to run reports on banners and adverts on parkers.co.uk and support the internet sales team. The purpose of my role was to monitor the advertising figures on the website.

Responsible for individual bar area, including serving customers food and beverages, maintaining good housekeeping, managing appropriate stock levels, and controlling the cash till.; As a Customer Advisor, I was responsible for the day-to-day transactions required by customers such as payment processing, ensuring the customer's money is in the correct accounts, and offering ancillary products like insurance. The role was heavily customer orientated, use of my good interpersonal and customer service skills were essential.
