Basing on sales team and customers’ feedback, response directly to the directors, sourcing and looking for new products opportunities and manufacturers. • Products Quality Control. Responsible for all products quality issue, handling customer complaint, managing product repairing and replacement, working with the supplier for products improvements. • Technical consultant and support. Work with the sales team providing technical support. Customer consultant via phone or meeting. • Sydney branch manager. Running Firebox Sydney branch, managing sales, inventory control, product dispatching, delivery and other day-to-day business. • Product testing and certification.

• Designing and development of the electronic control systems for electron optics;• Installation of scanning electron microscope, EDS and other equipment, testing and maintenance of the system.• Providing training service to the customers on using all types of equipment.• Response to users’ repair and maintenance requirements timely by providing technical service through phone or on-site.• Designing and development remote control systems for electron equipment.
