Current• I create standardized reports and dashboards for real time data driven analysis and insights• I drive accurate sales forecasting and pipeline generation by conducting regular cadences with sales team• I monitor data hygiene on a weekly basis to ensure data quality which impacts forecasting• I monitor renewals to ensure on-time renewal and reduce churn• I support the Quarterly Business Reviews with relevant data, analysis, insights and recommendations• I train new joiners to use SFDC, CLARI and Planet's sales processes• I provide day to day support to ensure sales team are able to work efficiently• Key Achievements > Increase sales efficiency and effectiveness by providing real time data driven analysis and insights > Improve business visibility and consistency by using standardized reports and dashboards > Improve user experience by redesigning page layouts in SFDC
