I am in charge of all on-line sales though eBay and other on-line channels, I am in charge of all aspects of the job including overseeing Photography, Listing Creation, Listing Updates, Postal Department and Returns. It is my job to ensure the smooth running of all on-line platforms and ensure sales are completed in a timely manner.

I looked at jobs coming in for overprinting department and had to look at current work loads and then estimate how long they will take and how much to bill the customer.

I Am Stationery was merged with S T Paper in 2014 to form one company.I designed and set up the now defunct I Am Stationery.com website.I created a new business whilst working at S T Paper/I am stationer called Craft Shop Direct, I also designed and set up the now multi million pound turnover, highly profitable craftshopdirect.co.uk website, as the retail arm of ST Paper (stpaper.co.uk) who are a manufacturer and also Craftstyle Products (craftstyleproducts.co.uk) who are a wholesaler of both S T Paper and also buy in other craft companies products. In the early days Craft Shop Direct was a "Secret" project as S T Paper and Craft Style Products did not want their traders and suppliers to know they were setting up in competition to them, being able to sell direct using manufacturer and wholesale prices gave Craft Shop Direct a huge edge over competitors and enable sales on eBay, Amazon, Etsy, Fruugo and many other selling portals at either the cheapest price (Amazon & eBay) or the best service, Etsy, Fruugo and their own website. By inserting coupons and money off codes in the parcels sent and through great email offers sent out this increased the traffic to our own website where some days 75% of orders would come through meaning more profit for Craft Shop Direct.

I started as a general cashier, then trained as a fuel delivery supervisor and then as the night shift manager, I was in charge of almost all aspects of running the company from stock ordering through fuel delivery and ensuring smooth running of the business in the last year of working here I ran the entire business before it was eventually sold off in 2012.As part of the sale, the new owners stipulated that they wanted no staff to stay on, partly due to what we were earning but mainly because he wanted to run it with just his family working there.

I was in charge of data input at CALTeC and also looking after classroom timetables to ensure 90%+ utilisation of the two classrooms.
