ApprenticeshipsI am an experienced apprenticeships coach/mentor/trainer covering L3 and L4 IT and Networking based standards. I have worked with a number of significant organisations, supporting learners on these programs for BT/Microsoft/Barclays/Amazon/Vodafone/NHS/BNY Mellon/Nokia/Computacenter among others. This has included support from induction through to EPA preparation and completion. Through these experiences I have developed an adeptness at managing high caseloads/cohorts while maintaining the stream of essential information, advice and guidance each learner requires to help them achieve their potential.I have helped many learners secure successful outcomes in their apprenticeships to help them develop their career in the Tech industry.Industry experience Well versed in operational IT/network support, infrastructure management, security and IT governance. I have extensive experience in managing a wide range of end to end IT based projects from full network and storage refresh through to VoIP system implementation.
