I provide Change Management Coaching for managers and their teams and Career and Transition Coaching for teams and individuals. By drawing on 38 years of leadership experience as well as my total life experience I coach my clients to achieve their goals. Over the course of 19 years in the role of design manager for a large textbook publisher, as I grew and learned, I began to understand the importance of supporting those on my staff to find their way to success. This involved asking questions so that each staff member could recognize their unique strengths and talents, and how to best apply those talents within a rapidly changing work environment. This led to a great desire to take this beyond the workplace and help others reach their goals. I left the corporate setting to pursue this and am now coaching full-time, turning my vision into reality.I am a member of and accredited with an ACC by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a graduate of the Core Essentials Program at Coach University. Previously I graduated in 1977 from the Hussian School of Art located in Philadelphia, PA. I worked in the graphics industry in many capacities, from illustrator, production artist, and designer, to manager. Artistically, I am now pursuing my love of printmaking and painting.PhilosophyOur experiences are always at play. They help shape who we are just as who we are is directing the outcome. When we are truly living we notice what we do with these experiences and use them to motivate us. In his book, Idea Spotting, Sam Harrison asks “Is your life filled with work, or is your work filled with life?” I ask “Is your life filled with life?”

Particularly as it pertains to businesses that are changing to operate for a more sustainable world and the changing economy from linear to Circular. Beginning in 1977 I worked as a trained graphics professional in various capacities within the industry. It was my last position as manager for the book design department in a major publishing company that led me to become a coach. Being responsible for meeting the company’s goals of profitability during a time of change, my challenge was to lead a group of talented, creative people to meet company goals of productivity. My personal goal as an artist and manager was to provide a positive environment that simultaneously valued their creativity, productivity and professional growth. Much of my work involved asking thoughtful and engaging questions, so that each staff member could recognize their unique strengths and talents and how to best apply those talents within a rapidly changing work environment.
