Survey Analyst
CurrentPerform an array of land surveying activities, including ALTA/NSPS land title surveys, cadastral surveys, construction services, conventional and geodetic control surveys, right of way resolution, and topographic surveys- demonstrating success working collaboratively within a remote work environment.Maintain meticulous attention to detail while performing boundary and title analysis, COGO computations, public records research, plan reviews, and other problem-solving applications.Demonstrate strong knowledge of various mapping-related tasks, including base mapping, DTM generation, design and as-built deliverable preparation, plat preparation, and legal description preparation.Translate past and present datasets into value-added multi-project consolidations and readjustments, while leveraging insights to prepare detailed documentation and reports regarding conventional, GNSS, or hybrid network adjustments performed.Leverage strong interpersonal communication skills to build rapport with internal and external clients as well as effectively coordinate work with contractors- directly contributing to seamless execution and on-time delivery.Mitigate risks by upholding compliance with all company quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) standards, while constantly referencing industry standards and best practices.
